The main market for home automation systems is both new residential developments as well as refurbishing projects. Our commercial and technical networks have been adapted to better target this market and cover the requirements of all players involved in it. We are conscious of the diversity of these players, and the differences between them in terms of their understanding and approach towards residential automisation.
For this reason we have created this section, where we describe the benefits of including smart home technology in the development of residential properties, considering the various interests of each player.
Installation Process of a Smart home System and its stages

In order to carry out each one of these stages successfully, a thorough preparation is necessary. The requirements needed by those proffesionals in charge of carrying out the installation process are detailed in AENOR’s chapter EA0026 : 2006 , which specifically refers to smart home installations. The steps to follow as well as all the documentation needed are also specified.
